Brief Description of the Project:

29 New Build at Canal Street / New Street / Sinclair Street for South Ulster Housing Association. This project was an Eco Homes project and involved the construction of 23 new timber frame dwellings and the provision of 6 apartments in an existing 3 storey Listed building of stone construction in very poor condition on a very confined brownfield site with a main arterial road at the front and a residential / commercial area at the rear. Services included gas fired central heating systems and LPHW solar panel heating systems in all houses. This project has been short listed for a CIH Housing Award.
